Free service week is over

you might wanna edit the first post. Because you don't have the .com any more

I know the domain is now gone but just as it's got to be said. Don't allow others to buy you a domain. First off a year passes fast so all the advertising and traffic which is going to that domain will be lost. Not just that your building that traffic for them. At the end of the day take note of the domain name, i can tell you didn't pick it. "advertising my forum" read how specific that is. It's not advertise my forum for free etc. The reason why is this could be potentially useful to a business and a domain with traffic is what they will pay good money for as a head start to their new venture. Not just that if the domain did expire and wasn't renewed because you built up the traffic it will cost a lot more to buy back. What was £10 to buy originally could end up a lot more. As everyone knew your site as that domain you will lose all your visitors and traffic that will know otherwise. Lets just say someone brought me a domain name for 2 years. I luckily had his account details, i then renewed for another year or 2. Then i forgot about the site. It expired without me knowing. To buy that domain back now it will cost me £10,000. I keep kicking myself but oh well, don't make the same mistake. Though it looks like he just wanted a head start for his own website. Anyway's if you want a domain name which i recently forgot about until i got an email and renewed it for another 2 years.
